We need so much help to host the FunFest and the club. We need committee chairpeople and chair apprentices and workerbees. We need skilled and unskilled workers of all types. Volunteer now and let us know you how you will support the club and festival.

Volunteer Positions
What's it take to run a club and festival? Heres a list of what it takes to get the job done. For every major area of responsibility, we are looking for assistants and apprentices to the current chairholders.

Communication & Publicity | Calendar - Coordinator | Post all events and jams to the google calendar |
Communication & Publicity | Sponsorships | Solicit businesses for sponsorships to help support the festival |
Education | Loan Program Coordinator | Organize and run the education loan program. Track the loaner instruments and students. Do the instrument exchanges. |
Education | Loan Program Assistant | Assist the loan program coordinator as necessary |
Events | Dance | Runs the Friday night dance. |
Events | Farmers Market - Coordinator | Recruits fellow musicians to perform at the Evart Saturday farmers market (pre-fest) |
Events | Gospel Sing - Coordinator | Lead the gospel sing |
Events | Open Mic - Coordinator | Organize and plan the Open Mic. Setup the equipment. Run the Open Mic |
Festival | Clean Up | Clean up, take down and stow away everything for next year |
Gates | Gates - Chair | Train & oversee the gates volunteers. Collect the money. |
Gates | Gates - Volunteer | Collect money and give tickets to our guests. Answer questions. |

Stage Show | Stage Show - Emcee | Make Jokes, Keep the show on time. |
Stage Show | Stage Show - Sound Manager | Setup the sound system. Direct the stage show roadies. Run the sound during the stage shows |
Stage Show | Stage Show - Sound Apprentice | Watch and learn. Sound manager gofer. Help setup the sound system. |
Stage Show | Stage Show - Hammered Dulcimer Coordinator | Pick the songs, corral the musicians, get them to practice |

Stage Show | Stage Show - Photo & Videographer Apprentice & Social Media | Watch and learn. Take additional photos from different angles or back stage. Post to the instagram account. Assist the the videographer as required |
Stage Show | Stage - Construction | Assemble the stage prior to the festival. Disassemble and stow away the stage after the festival |
