About the ODPC
We are an association of folk musicians devoted to preserving the music and traditions of the hammered dulcimer through education, live performance and hands on experience.
Our club
The Original Dulcimer Players Club (ODPC) was founded in 1963 by a small group of hammered dulcimer players near Evart, Michigan. This club started the 'FunFest', that is now the 'Grand Daddy' of all dulcimer festivals.

the Funfest

What is the FunFest? Well it's just a whole lot of fun. The FunFest is an all volunteer acoustic music festival. Most attendies come play music together, attend our free workshops, make new friends, and immerse themselves in acoustic folk music.
