Pam is a known presence at the Funfest. She's a performer, workshop leader and vendor. She brings Master Works instruments, Recordings, Books, Music Stands, Hammers & various small items.
Karen Brown
Karen is a builder of gourd instruments. You can see her working on her instruments at her booth and you may want to take your own home. She is teaching instrument making at the Pre-Festival Academy
This amazing trio includes Shari Wolf and Chris and Joe Steiner. They can tell you about the Road Show. Joe is teaching guitar and clawhammer banjo classes at the Funfest Pre-Festival Academy. Information about the Buckeye Dulcimer Festival, the Buckeye RoadShow, and the Buckeye RoadShow “Zoom Jams” and “Discovery Classes." They also have available Tab Books related to the Jams. Joe says he will have a few of his claw hammer banjos and tab books for the claw hammer banjo. And they will have music related novelty items and a raffle prize.

Bruce Fogelsong - FogelBox
There is a loose but vibrant community of folks who build musical instruments from Cigar Boxes and Bruce Fogelsong is one of them. He makes and sells Fretless and Fretted Slide Guitars, Ukuleles, Ukulele Basses, Personal Amps, Stomp Boxes, Hand Drums, and his latest offering, Dulcimer Guitars ... all constructed from beautiful wooden Cigar Boxes.
Rick is the founder of New Harmony and travels from Indiana to bring New Harmony Mountain Dulcimers to Evart. Made with beautiful woods, simple elegance and great craftsmanship. You can see more New Harmony dulcimers on their website: www.newharmony.com

Better known as Grandma Jan and she joins us with her delicious baked goods, andjams and jellies. You can find her in the lower vendor near our barista. Baked goods - cookies, sweet breads, candies, jams and jellies all made under the Michigan Cottage Laws
WOW! Yum! Jason is our barista, conjuring up wonderful, addictive coffee and teaspecialty drinks. You’ll find him in the lower vendor barn. And, yes, there is a possibility he’ll open at9:00am. They serve espresso, tea, and chocolate based drinks just like your favorite local specialty coffee shop. Hot or iced, we’ve got a latte to suit you! They will also have honey from their hives, lotion bars lip balms, handmade soaps and associated beeswax products handmade by his wife (Dancing Bee Products).
Terry McCafferty is a respected mountain dulcimer luthier and comes to Evart from Texas. He has been building mountain dulcimers since the 1990s. ann Martin and Beth Gilmer - Massage
Look for Ann’s motor home/business across from the upper vendor building. She does a wonderful job of massaging out your music playing aches and pains.
Ilace travels from Missouri to bring her hammered dulcimer recordings and arrangements, handcrafted “dulcitars” (mountain dulcimers held like guitars), music-themed bowl cozies, ornaments, and her music themed fairy lamps.
Katie travels from Illinois to being her hammers, CDs, books, miniatures, ceramics, jewelry, gifts and handmade pottery.
Danyell and her business partner are regulars at the Funfest. They specialize in
Authentic Tintype Portraits. They will be in the lower vendor building. Stop by and preserve a memory.
John is the owner of Pet Tree Music. He repairs and refurbishes stringed musical folk instruments. He has an ever-changing selection of instruments. Mountain dulcimers, harps, mandolins, guitars, violins and related accessories such as noters and picks, bows and capos. Child focused products such as harmonicas, kalimbas, etc. As inventory is continually changing, He may have any manner of stringed instruments.
Phil and Chris travel from Florida and bring us all kinds of cool things. They do custom on-site printing (and if you see the “Thing” t-shirts and want to purchase one) go see

Brett is a popular performer and instructor. He comes from Pennsylvania and is a multi-instrumentalist. He brings stickers, buttons, CDs, books, uke pads, Possum pads limberjacks, audio lessons, and used instruments. Brett is also teaching at the Pre-Festival Academy.
Rock Solid Music
Kristine and Jeff Schock are the owners of Rock Solid Music store in Midland, Michigan. They are brand new to the Funfest this year. They have some pretty cool stuff so make sure you stop by.
don stackhouse - monarch luthiers
Don is a master in setting up your violin. He also teaches classes on the “care andfeeding” of your violin. If you need help with your fiddle, check with Don. Violin family (violin, viola, cello) repairs & set up/voicing. Violin & cello sales (depending on inventory).
Stephen will be right next door to McCafferty Dulcimers. He is known for playing McCafferty dulcimers as well as a popular performers and instructor. Videos, Books , CDs and more. You can find his event schedule, classes, and workshops on his website: www.stephenseifert.com
Dave Sweeney - Heart Strings
USED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS ON CONSIGNMENT. Dave will be in Building #27 and will be providing a way for you to sell your musical instruments while you enjoy the workshops and jamming at the Funfest. He will be taking instruments on Wednesday, July 15 after noon, prior to the festival.
Rick is the granddaddy of vendors. He began selling soft-sided instrument cases in 1985. He certainly has earned the “longevity award.” He will also be teaching dulcimer classes at the Pre-Festival Academy. Rick Thum Professional 17/17 chromatic hammer dulcimer, Traveler 1/14 hammer dulcimer, instrument humidifiers, hammers, electronic tuners, tuner wrenches, music CDs, lesson CDs, ukes (soprano, tenor, concert) and used hammered dulcimers.
A full line up of Master Works instruments, along with dozens of Hammered and Mountain dulcimer books and accessories: hammers, tuners, stands, penny whistles and more, along with an assortment of his latest woodturnings. Mark is also teaching at the Pre-Festival Academy.

Known as the "hammer lady", Jill comes from Minnesota and brings her dulcimer hammers, hammer cases, dulcimer themed cell phone holders, HD and MD earrings, hammer Christmas ornaments, deerskin guitar and MD pick pouches (hand beaded). Beaded Native American earrings.
Brendan White will be featuring sterling silver musical instrument pendants and earrings, nature inspired pendants, earrings and rings, and wooden pendants and rings.
Maria Chrypnski White specializes in Shibori dyed painted clothing and hand burned rancher hats. She will also be bringing jean jackets with vintage images and accessories.
