~ Volunteer ~
We need so much help to host the FunFest and the club. We need committee chairpeople and chair apprentices and workerbees. We need skilled and unskilled workers of all types. Lets all pitch in and help 'spread the load' and keep our club and festival healthy and strong.
We are going to try to streamline the process for volunteer t-shirts this year. We've noticed that it can be difficult for volunteers to finish their 4 hours of volunteering, and get their t-shirt voucher signed before the ODPC office closes for the day. So, we're going to try a slightly different approach this year.
When you sign up for your shifts at the ODPC office, you will be able to claim your t-shirt right away. We do need you to fill out a card giving us your name, your phone number, and your email address. This will allow us to contact you if you happen to forget when your shift started.
It's a bit of an honor system, but it reduces some of the hassle of finding someone to unlock the office after hours. We know we can trust you!
