The Evart FunFest is powered by generous hearts. Every note played, every smile shared, every magical moment — it all happens because volunteers jump in and make it real. The FunFest has always been an all‑volunteer festival. When people pitch in, we keep our traditions alive, strengthen our community, and make the event welcoming for everyone who loves acoustic music.

Most on‑site volunteer slots (like gates, cleanup, stage help, etc.) are filled in person once you arrive at Evart. But if you’d like to raise your hand early, simply submit the volunteer form at the bottom and we’ll keep you in the loop. No experience needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.

For the next few months, our biggest need is a small, friendly group of helpers who can keep the momentum going as we build toward festival season. If you enjoy connecting with people, spreading the word, or helping the festival grow, we’d love to have you on the Planning & Promotion Team, which focuses on:
